Your Phone App and iOS - Is it broken?

Can anyone confirm that the Your Phone app and connecting iOS devices so you can use the 'continue on PC' is broken?

I have two PC with the Your Phone connected and Edge on iOS will not send pages to either.

It's been dead for some time now. If you use an iPhone it's worth it to use Dell's Mobile Connect, it has close to feature parity with Your Phone. Unless you have an ARM-based PC (Surface Pro X, etc.), there are patched installers so you can use it on any x64 device.
