Zune will not accept my credit card

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, so apologies if I'm doing some wrong here.

I have had my windows phone for a while now and made some purchases along the way.
Now my credit card expired and I need to add a new one. The problem I'm experiencing is that the new credit card is not from a US based bank, and since my Zune account is set for US International, it will not accept the card.

Is there any way to work around this issue?

Can I delete my current Zune account and create a new one on the existing live account? Will it preserve my purchases, as I'm assuming it is linked to the live account?

When it comes to billing, it's always best to contact them directly, by phone. I think the number 1 877 Get-Zune (438-9863) should still work.
