When everyone was expecting Mango out on the 15th, it seemed that the DVP shipping date was a clue. I just looked, and now they are shipping on the 19th and 20th (before fall starts...thank you, Belfiore -.-). I'm guessing that means that they are still shipping out with NoDo. But then why was there such a long delay?

They can still ship with Mango. Look at the Fujitsu device, it has been shipping with Mango for some time. Also, look at the NoDo rollout. The Arrive and Trophy were out with NoDo installed well before existing devices were updated. I think Joe was talking about the upgrade rollouts, not new devices. (Or in this case, a re-release)
