    As the video states, Nokia was allready patenting the touchscreen technologies we use today on daily basis as early as 1995. That is a sign of true innovation. Apple acted as the innovator when they formed a compilation of Nokia technologies. That's why they have to pay.

    Haha, you got to be kidding me...

    Overall mobile patents:
    Quality > quantity. SEPs are pretty worthless in terms of injunctive / bargaining power, and neither Motorola nor Samsung have been able to significantly impact any of the companies they have sued.

    It seems that Nokia makes more money from the Apple royalty payment than from the Lumia sales. So Nokia could collect some royalty from Microsoft phone as well on top of the license fee for Nokia Maps.
