Cityman and talkman prices and other phones

Microsoft will now only release 6 phones per year.. Possibly 3 in first half and 3 in other half..

What do you think will be price of cityman and talkman?? I guess they will replace Lumia mid tier (L830, L1320) and high end phones (L930, L1520, L925, L1020).

What about budget phones.. Hope it is priced in such a way that all ppl L430-L730 can afford. What do you think apt pricing be for budget phones.??

Budget phones will be at budget prices determined by the market.
Business phones will be priced at a value level. Think 640 pricing.
Flagship phones will be expensive. Think 1520 original pricing

Why can't microsoft sell their flagships at low price like oneplus?

The oneplus 2 being announced today is going to have similar specs to the rumored cityman specs and will cost under $450 for consumers.

6 phones per year... So far we had L540, L640 and L640 XL. And there are the upcoming 950 and 950 XL.
I hope to God MS will release another upper mid-range phone like L830. I remember seeing someone on the forum who mentioned a new device that looked like L920. I'm kinda lost because when it comes to getting new flagship phones the situation is different in Europe. Some carriers are still selling the 930 for like $500 off-contract. That's insane! So I don't know what to do - should I buy the 830 now or see if MS is gonna release its successor? :straight:

In my place, 930 cost 500?, 830-370-400?.
Get yourself refubrished 930 / 830. New phones will be even more...tbh i wouldn't be suprised if they put price like 800-1,000? and simple screen repair like 500? and kidney on all that.

They cannot compete with high prices. Given current position.. Why some may pay more than s6 edge or iPhone??

just saw oneplus two.. It has almost same specs will cost around 20-24k..
they need to keep pricing decent enough ...

Looking at history they will do.. Like to compete with Moto G they got L730 and today also we have L640 and L640 XL to compete with MOTO G 3.
