Will the Surface Mini have a Full HD Screen?

So want do you think will the mini have a full HD display (1920*1080) or not?

I wouldn't goes as far as the amazon new tablet the kindle 8.9 HDX with it 2560x1600 resolution!

CNET had an article about the Surface Mini with WPDANG as the source. Talked about it having Full HD screen and having a Bay trail atom and an arm chip option. If it really has a bay trail option I'll probably will be all over that!

When I look at the display on the Lumia 1520, a 6" phone, I realize just how amazing it can be. I think it is definitely noticeable, and I work in online video, but am not a snob when it comes to specs that aren't visible to the naked eye. To date, the 1520 and Surface 2 displays are the best I've seen. Very impressive work from Nokia and Microsoft.
