With the rumoured Windows Cloud (Supposed to be a version of win10 than can only run UWPs from the windows store), and likely a version of windows on ARM, I suspect this is a license cost free direct competitor to the ChromeBook.

As this has been spotted in windows versions on the insider program, there have been a few leaks, and we already know windows on arm is partly to compete with chromebooks and cheaper laptops, I think we can pretty much be sure this is a thing.

It should also come with the option of upgrade to pro, and will obviously be pitched to schools.

Its supposed to be announced really soon too, so I'm sure we'll have a Microsoft CloudBook (or whatever it gets called), section in here pretty soon.
