An update has just popped up on my phone for my current 8.1 update 1 dev preview install.
Will update when installed.

I hope this fixes the Bitlocker issue which has paused the Cyan update for the DP.

ok i installed the update.ie seems less laggier but its still far away from 8.1 performance.also you still cant activate cellular data from notification center.

Same problem. Lumia 820 also stuck for 2 hrs not one step moved from gears at 0%.I have already tried soft reset 4 times.no use worst update.

Successfully installed but Installing and migrating taking more time than downloading the pfd update

I can't update too... Stock at 0% and i don't see the wifi working to get it. Weird.
