Sync IE on windows phone to PC?

Since the developer preview came out for wp8.1 my favorites after on the PC in IE do not sync to my phone.... I'd there a way to sync it?

Settings > sync my settings > Activate IE in the 3th option.

I already have that enabled, it still doesn't sync. is there a force sync option?

I think that is just that. Maybe the problem is in Windows and not WP?

I'm on the same account on both devices. In fact, my theme color syncs all the time, it's just IE not syncing

Have you opened the metro version or desktop version of ie? I think it just syncs the metro version of ie on windows.

Actually, it syncs with Desktop IE too. I have it set up so that my Domain joined work PC, my personal desktop PC, my Surface, and my phones (including Development devices) are all synced up. All 8 devices work flawlessly.

You need to be signed in with the exact same Microsoft Account (or in the case of a Domain account, have it linked to your MS account), have the IE Sync option enabled on the Phone, AND in your PC Settings (Open Charms, Click PC Settings, Click OneDrive, then click on Sync Settings).
