Hey guys,
Im having trouble deploying themes.
I have downloaded the Gears of War theme and have imported it into the WP tool thing but when I press Deploy I always get this message..

"Deploy failed.Check to make sure the device is plugged in,synced with zune,on the home screen,and developer unlocked.
If deployment still fails,try saving the XAP and using a manual tool.
Message:Could not load file or assembly
Microsoft.VisualStudio.DeviceConnectivity.Interop.10.0,Version=10.0.0.0,Culture=neutral,PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies.
The system cannot find the file specified."

So can anyone please help me to put some themes on my HTC Titan.
What does "developer unlocked" mean?
What does this all mean.
I have my phone plugged in,I have synced it with zune and I am on the home screen plus I have watched the instructional video on how to use this WP theme program.
I need a step by step instruction on what to do.The video helps alot and I under stand it but I keep getting this message.
What other manual tool can I use?
and what does developer unlocked mean?

Any help would be a massive help.
