Why can't Windows 10 connect to the internet while Internet Explorer can?

Windows 10 can't connect to internet while Internet Explorer can :/

Yeah I got this weird problem!!
Windows 10 can't connect to internet that means no Windows Updates, no store access, no metro apps working online and more. I have used Wi-Fi adapter to connect and it got successfully connected too. I can access website via Inter Explorer.

I am done with:
+ Starting and stopping "Network Location Awareness" & "Network List Service" in Safe Mode and without safe mode.
+ Tried uninstalling adapter drivers and re-plugging it.
+ Enabling-disabling adapter and automatic troubleshooting.
+ Synced Date & Time settings for my time zone.
+ Played with settings of "Internet options" but nothing helped.
+ restarted like 10 times but all in vein.

Would anyone mind to help in what's going on? Thanks in Advance !!

I fixed it...
Go on to 'Network and Internet' in Settings, then 'Proxy', scroll down to 'Use a Proxy Sever' and toggle it off.
That should work. - If not, try a restart.
