If I add Win7 to my Win10 machine for dual boot, will all my programbe the same in Win7?

I replaced Win7 with Win10, but I want to create a dual-boot now with a new partition. Will my desktop and all of that be the same?

if you have to ask, maybe you shouldn't be doing this.

but No. partitioning creates a separate area independent of your 7 install.
