Found something with windows 10 build 9860 - unless i'm moving my mouse at a certain speed, it will keep my cursor locked to the screen i'm using, so that it won't go over onto my secondary screen, instead behaving as if I only had one monitor till I pick up speed. Wondering if anyone can reproduce this, and if it's a bug or a feature. If it's a feature, it needs some work as its an annoyance at this point, would be cool if they used this to allow snapping of windows on multi-screen setups.
