Win 10 Start Screen?

I'm not qualified enough to discourse on the intricate ins and outs of the Win 10 TP. However am I the only one who's come to appreciate the Start Screen on a tablet? I've been using the Start Menu for a month straight on a Dell Venue Pro 8, and while I thoroughly love what's unfolding in Windows 10, does anyone share the sentiment in that its great to have a choice between the Menu and Screen?

1. Windows 10 blends the style of 7 and 8 so you wont lose all the things you "appreciate." Additionally, I think I remember hearing the start screen will still be available in 10, not 100% sure though.

It will be available, it IS available via a setting tick.

you can switch to start screen on windows 10 right click on taskbar > properties > start menu > disable Use start menu instead of start screen option

the start screen is there in the TP, and MS is clearly going to keep the Start screen for touch. Devices will be able to switch between start screen and start menu as part of the continuum feature.
