Why isn't my Cortana working properly?

Cortnan isn't working properly.

Hi, i installed windows 10 two days ago + enabled Cortana, she's awesome, but i think she is sick, i don't know how to treat her.

1-Hey Cortana isn't working, and yes I enabled it.
2-I can't hear her voice, if i asked about weather or to add reminder i hear nothing.

Probably because your constantly calling her "Cortnan", must have her drove potty and now she is ignoring you :winktongue:.

Joking aside, under Privacy in settings there is a button to remove the information she knows about you, may be you need to clear that and see if that helps?

Also check your audio drivers, speaker & microphone settings if they are set correctly / enabled.

Best submit this via the windows feedback app as well in case there is a deep seeded problem that needs investigating by the Windows Team.
