Where is "Play to" feature?

One thing I can't get over about Windows 10 is not necessarily the omission of the charms bar, but all of the features that it had. I used the "play to" command all the time, it was so powerful! Any content in metro IE could be beamed to my xbox with a few taps, and pretty much any metro app could play its content through DLNA to any supported device. I used it to stream music, videos, photos, pretty much anything, to my xbox. I don't see this feature anywhere? Does anyone know how to invoke this functionality in the TP?

@mcherrick68, the features of the charms menu have been re-located to a visible icon in the upper left hand corner of the app.

Try Windows Key + C.

Charms is completely removed in Build 9926.

Thanks for the tip. I was also looking for it to stream audio/video to my tv too.
Btw, I observed that there is a "connect" menu in the right side notification panel.
Any idea how that works and what it is used for? I was thinking that is how I would be able to use PlayTo.
