    Gabe Aul mentioned they're working on them right now. He said the better the experience for the 512mb phones, the better for everyone.

    I believe that only Luminas have a reset tool. And, allowing other handsets to do it may create a head ache for the makers.

    why everybody is asking about 512MB ram phones. L630 is 512Mb ram phone. ask for old hardware phones not for 512 MB.

    And about recovery tool-the recently released recovery tool is named windows phone recovery not a lumia recovery.so i'm thinking that non-lumia phones are also avaialble.

    Yes, it'll probably expand to include ATIVs and stuff. :)

    But then Microsoft has to update the tool first. (or change the text)

    Use the Windows Phone Recovery Tool for all Lumia phones running Windows Phone 8 or newer.
    For all other Nokia branded phones use the Lumia Software Recovery Tool.
