Apps Missing Names

Ran a fresh install on my SP3 (not my main device thankfully)

Having a weird issue where almost all my metro apps are missing names and sometimes icons. If I open them they work, but for instance control panel in the start menu is entitled "@{windows.immersivecontrolpanel..." Cortana is @{Microsoft.Cortana.....}"

Any ideas?

I'm also having this issue. It's totally weird, and the latest build hasn't fixed it.
