Why aren't I showing the Microsoft page?

do not showing the microsoft login page ?

recently i installed the windows phone 10 developers preview, and i rolled back to windows 8.1 due to the lag and battery drain. Now my phone is running 8.1 , but i cant login to my Microsoft account, it doesn't display the login page !
now it showing Can't connect.
please help me!

This looks like a wifi or cellular date problem. Please double check your wifi or cellular date.
It could however also be a error on the Microsoft servers so maybe later it will work.
