Removed Windows 10 lost files on OneDrive

Hi Everyone,

I think I know the answer to this but I have to ask anyway. I had Windows 10 Technical Preview on a system and there were some files that had not synced to the PC. For certain reasons I removed win 10 and put 8.1 back on so my wife has an easier time with phone etc. Well a file she needs is still on that Win 10 onedrive. Anyway to get into it that anyone knows?

I don't know if I understand you correctly. But there is no thing like "Windows 10 OneDrive". OneDrive is a cloud service its no difference from which device or OS you use it. The important part is that the files are synced to the cloud, if that not happened it was not more than a local file. If you deleted the whole system there is no hope for you to recover this file - sry. Except you stored the file on a partition that was not your systems partition.
