They have to. They announced it. You should ask this: "How long will it take to download the first day, and after that 12 hours is up, how many bugs will need to be fixed?" :grin:

Haha the downloads shouldn't take too long if you have reserved. In that case it'll depend on your internet speed. As for the bugs, well most launches come with bugs but considering that MS has been pushing out updates to the insiders and have a good idea of what to expect when it hits the "mass" the bugs should be squashed relatively quickly?

Oh yeah, I was just goofing around. Still, I await a good several hour download. I wish it would just know I had preview installed and update it as opposed to a 4GB download ... which I am sure is what will happen... maybe not?

Actually both insiders and people who "Reserved" their copy will have the bits downloaded beforehand. Pretty much the whole basis behind the gwx app is to predownload the software and relieve stress on the servers come launch day.
