After i checked out Windows 10 I decided to go back to my old Windows 7. In the msconfig I deleted Windows 10 entry in boot section and I tried to delete Windows 10 folders from my HDD. Unfortunetly seems like TrustedInstaller is blocking it. I changed owner (as it's said here http ://helpdeskgeek.com/windows-7/windows-7-how-to-delete-files-protected-by-trustedinstaller/) but now it says that I need permission from Administrator (I'm logged as administrator). I even tried to delete these folders in cmd, but nothing works. I hope you can help me.
