0xC1900101 - 0x20004 when upgrading to 10158, 10159 or 10162

When attempting to upgrade to 10158, 10159 or 10162, I'll get a failure.This failure occurs with Windows Update or via the 10162 ISO. It achieves 80%of the "Copying Files" portion of the installation process, which is24% of the overall, and then it aborts and restore back to the previous OS.

The ISO base installationprovides additional information:

0xC1900101 - 0x20004
The installation failed in SAFE_OS phase with an error during INSTALL_RECOVERY_ENVIRONMENT operation

Anyone else comes across this issue???

​I have pretty much given up on the idea on Microsoft ever fixing this issue.

I have tweeted Gabe A​​ul and also on their Insider forum about this since build10158/10159/10162/10166 and no response/acknowledgement till date.
