Main Computer ?

Anyone using Build 10240 as their main computer.. Thinking about doing it myself.

It's very smooth. After all, it's supposed to be the finalized version. If Build 10240 isn't acceptable, Windows 10 isn't acceptable.
However, unless the computer is already a part of the Insider Preview program you're out of luck until July 29th. Microsoft has shut down the Insider Preview program until final release.

Yes.

I upgraded my work PC at build 10158 and two PCs at home (One since the first Insider Preview, the other was a fresh install at 10122).

Now all the computers run 10240. Even after several upgrades everything works fine. The PC at work used Windows 7, upgraded without issues.

Tablet Mode still needs polish, but other than that I feel like I'm using a finished product.
