Cant get insider updates

Hey,
Would love if you guys could help me with this.
Everytime I go to the settings and to the update section, I press advanced for the insider updates and I ALWAYS get a "Restart now" button.

is there a way to fix this ? I do NOT want to reset my whole computer for this issue.
any fix through registry maybe ?

Of course, I noticed
what I meant was that if a hard reset was a solution to fixing this issue, then I do not want it.
I have restarted endless times. it seems to be stuck..
