Vive and Windows 10 Insider Edition problems

I can't get the camera in my Vive to work no matter what I do. I bought an expansion card that is supposed to work but it doesn't help my camera problem.

Vive says Windows 10 Insider Edition is the problem and wants me to roll back to Consumer version ( not gonna happen ).

Has anyone got the Vive camera to work under Windows 10 Insider Edition?

If so, what Windows Insider version.
If so, what motherboard and USB controller?

Same problem here. Vive support has not blamed insider preview. I have not managed to get the Vive work on my other computers so I could test the camera.
