3)i changed from 256 256 to 1024 1024
the result after testing is
-whatsapp no resuming
-system apps opens immediately like wp8
-store much better than before
-facebook loads mush faster
-settings opens faster
my device is nokia 830 windows 10 fast ring

Did you check the size of your virtual memory ? (Settings - System - Storage - This Device - System & Reserved - Virtual memory)

I managed to navigate to right place using the registry browser but when I edit the Registry Value Data from 256 256 to 1024 1024 and hit Write it doesn't seem to stick and when I open it again it's reverted back to 256 256?

Yeah I tried that but didn't have much luck. Wondering if it's because I'm on a 950xl and it says its for non xl models. Interlop version is 1.7

You should uninstall it, reboot and install 1.9 (per XDA instructions)

You need to use Registry Editor to make changes. Browser is for viewing only.
