Restoring new device from previous backup???

Probably a dumb question, and I know I've done this before (in 8.1).

How do you restore a new device off the backup of an existing device? I have two identical devices; one old, one new. Is there a way to tell the new device to reference the old device's backup? Again, I know I did this in 8, and it was simple. I just can't quite figure out how to get this process rolling. Is it done through WDRT?

Anyone want to field this dumb question?

As long as you sign into the same Microsoft account the with the new device as the old Device. Do a hard reset on the new device and sign into the old devices Microsoft account. After signing in it will ask if you would like to restore. Select yes and it will display the back ups that are available. Select the back up you want and that is that. The key is that you need to do it from a hard reset.
