Not able to install new build

When I try to install the new build I get the error: "Failed to install the new preview build. Please try again later. 0xC1900107"

Also when i try to run setup.exe from the ISO nothing happens.

Download the ISO for a USB Drive. That will do it.

Have tried both normal update download and got error 0xC1900107; have tried ISO 3 times so far, all without success.
Keeps reverting to build 9879. Any ideas on this problem?
