Windows Phone 10 Devices

Will all lumia devices will get the windows phone 10 ? Also the 512MB ram devices ?

Yes, msft said all current wp8/8.1 devices can get windows 10. Whether your service provider rolls it out to everyone, who knows. You should be able to get windows 10 from insider program or whatever they call the equivalent of the current developer preview.
