Yeah but you said that i had the need to install the certificate, so with this method all i need to do is to set the proxy settings?

if you have carrier free device then ask your friends who have lumia 730,830 for manufacturename and firmware version.
if you are on carrier then search for those carrier devices
what is LRT?
Not sure than whats the issue i dont have 930 so cant check.Well, I did Factory Reset, but earlier this day i did reinstall with recovery tool. But yes, you might be right, i will try it on clean install. Thanks
Edit: I just did clean reinstal via Recovery tool, boot up, sign in when downloading Windows Insider, installed cert., change proxy, enrolled, restart and nothing
