It says my sys free space : 213,549,056 bytes.Is that oke?

RustyGrom's directions worked!!! My 1520 is running the preview now. I was on WiFi the whole time, as I don't have an extra AT&T SIM.

Im not sure it will work as it is only 220MB if you try installing right now you will be getting error 81088308.
Reinstall OS via LSRT and then try

I'm a little bit lazy to reinstall with LRT

Hahah its okay bro and I'm not hero.
Even if you remove games it wont make any difference to solve that sys app issue you need to reinstall OS

That's a common issue try to open app again it will work

Do you checked it in insider app about section?

every thing is correct
its like when i enter the url and proxy
the internet stops working
it works in some apps like whatsapp hike
but i think internet doesn't work in Windows insider app
also internet explorer doesn't works with proxy on!

Not sure whats the issue with your device as i just checked now it is working fine for me with proxy on

the ie works fine with proxy on?
and resetting the phone from LSRT and resetting from phone itself is same thing?

Yup ie works fine for me with proxy on(right now commenting with proxy on)Resetting via lsrt means you are flashing the rom again whereas resetting via reset is a normal factory reset.
