Why is the Windows Phone Recovery Tool app not working?

I recently updated my Lumia 630 (Admitted) to Windows 10 TP but now i want to go back to Cyan/Denim. The thing is that both Windows Phone Recovery Tool and Lumia Software Recovery Tool gave me an error.
The WPRT recognize my Lumia but when is "Reading phone information" it says Unknow error ocurred...

Value Cannot Be Null.
Parameter Name: string

Don't know what to do to downgrade! Maybe it's the PC (Windows 8.1) not the phone?

make sure you have the latest version of Windows Phone Recovery Tool (s/b ver 1.0.6) ...

also noticed when I installed WPRT - LSRT was non-functional, they probably share drivers, with conflicting versions.
Thus, if you have both, you may need to uninstall one of them.

when I did revert, I had no problem, although, I only had one version of LSRT tool on my computer
