Just wanted to know others opinions.
If given the case that in the official windows 10 version menus remain as in the preview (hamburger menus, tabbed menus for alarms and dialer without the ability of swiping and gestures, reduced pivot and inferior dot menus) would you consider changing of OS? How much?
If so, what would you choose?
Nope I won't switch. They don't bother me at all.

The thing is, if the pivot system was the be-all/end-all of what makes a mobile phone the greatest, then people would have been flocking to WP a long time ago and by large numbers.... Which they haven't.
New users to Windows 10 Mobile who have never used anything else besides an Android or iPhone are not going to care that there are fewer or any pivot functions in the OS, nor are they going to care about hamburger menus because they already didn't have pivots in their previous phones and they already have experience with hamburger menus.
If this is the sacrifice MS has to make in order to help bring in new users, new developers, make the OS universal on PC, Tablets and Mobiles... And everything else under the sun, so be it.
I've been using Windows since 3.1.... One thing I learned how to do over the years was to adapt to change.
I adapted from Windows 3.1 / 3.11 to Win 95, despite not liking 95. I adapted to 98, Me, NT, 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8/8.1, WP7.5, 7.8, 8, 8.1.... And here I am again adapting to 10.
While in each incarnation of Windows has had a few things done that I did not care for, they were never anything drastic enough for me to not enjoy the overall experience and functionality of the OS.
To me, having or not having pivots, or having or not having hamburger menus has to be one of the most trivial issues I have encountered in Windows to date.
The only people who are going to miss the pivot system are a % of the existing Windows Phone User Base, and all things considered, that's not a lot of people compared to the much larger % of phone users around the world using other devices.
To be blunt, those people who are going to be that upset over the menu style changing, to the point of going to another OS, will not be missed... They in turn will be missing out.
Seriously people think about it.... You don't like hamburger menus so much that you are willing to jump ship into the open arms of Android and iPhone.... Which are filled with more Hamburgers and Cheese than Windows ever could be. Do you think you're going to escape hamburgers by going to Android or iPhone?
Do you seriously think going to Android or iPhone is going to bring back your beloved Pivots to Windows?
Are you going to find your precious pivots on a mac device??
Is it really that bad that you can't even see beyond the illogical in this sort of mentality?
If the only thing that has been keeping you as a Windows Phone user was the pivot / three dot menu system, then go ahead and switch to another phone.
I for one will not be begging others to stay.
There is a bigger picture Being painted here and I for one want to see what it looks like when it is finished.
