No builds!

My Lumia had windows 10 TP but I uninstalled it and now on my Lumia 630 DS I installed an update version 8.10.14234.375 and when I open Windows Insider it says "no builds". The Microsoft's web site says that you must have 8.10.14219.341 or earlier to get W10 TP.

You should reinstall your older firmware, using Lumia Recovery Tool, or Nokia Care Suite, there are lots of Tutorials on how to do that. Once you got an earlier firmware DO NOT intall any update, say apps or Firmware.. Only install Windows Insider and enroll your phone to the Ring you want to

Yeah but it says that it will reinstall the WP 8.10.14234.375
UPDATE: Nope! You're the right - it will install the Lumia cyan
