My Lumia 925 completely dead after install windows phone 10

i installed windows phone 10 on lumia 925 and it's completely dead.
i can not even turn it on.
is there any correct options?

I have the same problem. Totally dead, cannot even connect to my laptop or charge.

I would say wait a far hours, until the phone battery is dead, charge it, wait like 15min and see what happens.

My 925 looked like it was dead, but connecting power and doing a reset (power button + volume down) made it restart after all. I cannot enter my SIM PIN, so it's pretty useless (locks up after entering). I'm using the recovery tool now to recover, seems to work.

Same happened to me, SIM card was dead, it was just basically an interface with no apps turning on, was forced to use hard-way rollback with PC tools.

What a steaming pile of s...

I'm almost wondering if it was a storage issue or a provider setting. I installed window 10 on my 925 this weekend expecting issues, and it was perfect.

I let my 925 charge for a few hours and did a hard reset. It did some strange stuff during the bootup but eventually got to the start screen.

I couldnt go through pin screen on my L925 and then it freezed couldnt even turn the phone off. Did hard reset and rolled back to 8.1.

Install was quick and got update 2 and 10preview

I had the same issue with my 925. I had to do a couple of hard resets (volume down + power button) before it would work.

Now that it's working, the TP is awful -- as expected. I don't seem to have some of the functionality that I was expecting to have (No Cortana, Not able to put an image on the background of my start screen).

I think I'm going to sit this one out.

I cannot open the phone, cannot charge, cannot connect to my laptop, cannot do soft-hard reset, the recovery program cannot detect my phone.

I am in the same situation also.
I was using phone normally and then it froze. I attempted to reset it using Power + Vol Down and it did not work at first. Then I was able to get the phone to turn off, but now it will not turn on at all. I've tried the Nokia and Microsoft recovery tools with not luck I've also tried all reset key combinations and nothing. I have a Lumia 920.

After 3 soft resets ... My 925 started to work with Windows 10.. before that i got GDR 2... Thank god.. it worked for me.. still not sure on which build i'm right now.. will post here..

Hi... I was able to wallpaper to Background on my 925... But my Power/Lock button is screwed.. does not turn the phone on.. Rolling back to 8.1
Can u please confirm if you were using any lock screen apps on 8.1 ? Or Did u face any lockscreen/locking phone issues ?

Hello Balaji.. I'm trying to figure out something.. Can you please tell me if you are using any Lock screen app on W8.1 Denim before getting to W10 ?
Like i was using Live lockscreen app.. Kindly try to reply as early as possible..
