Edit background tasks

Using Lumia 625 for windows 10 preview on the preview fast. I wanted to adjust background tasks. In battery saver>usage>show apps with usage>show apps with usage nothing is displayed. Neither can you click the phrase show apps usage. I do not see a way to edit background tasks in the newest build of WP10. Am I missing something or is this a known bug?

Well considering plenty of things are broken, I don't think its unreasonable to think that's unfinished too.
