Since upgrading from Windows Phone 8.1 to Windows 10 for Phone Preview yesterday on my 1020, I cannot connect to my works Exchange Server. It works on my 920 running Windows 8.1, so I am 100% sure all of the login information is correct. (I am also a network specialist in the IT department, so I have direct access to the Exchange Server)

It isn't spitting out any specific error messages that I am seeing, but it is just saying "Your account requires attention." It then asks me to enter the password and it tries to sync again. 5 Minutes later the same "Your account requires attention." message appears.

Any suggestions?

@Hotphil: A good idea but still not working.
I cleared all entries and deleted the account on my Lumia. Upon recreating it, the device appears in the Mobile Device list in exchange, but the email does not sync and I get the same error.

@Wurstsalat: Here is what the log returned. It reports the Exchange Servers communication, but then errors out that the phone isn't able to sync.
[PS] C:\Windows\system32>Get-ActiveSyncDeviceStatistics -Mailbox varriola -GetMailboxLog:$true

Based on a few other threads I've run across, I'm going to give the hard reset a try and see what happens.

I had an initial issue with Exchange after upgrading my 1520 to W10TP last night, as it wouldn't sync. This persisted through several attempts to re-enter settings, server, password, etc. I kept at it intermittently and then I went into settings, deleted the password and reentered it and it worked. Don't know the source, as I've had similar issues on other devices, so it could be server-side. But it takes a number of tries to get the password to save with a new or refreshed device. Once it does, it is very stable however.

Not to hi-jack, but all of my exchange folders disappeared from my homescreen and I can't figure out how to get them back. And my calender is also absent from the homescreen.

The old icons have been replaced with the single Outlook Calendar and Outlook Mail apps. You just pin those two in place of the old icons.

My Lumia 520 made the transition with no issues. All my accounts work.

I've had these Exchange problems since the dawn of time regardless of OS. It'll work for weeks with no issues then for no apparent reason I get a string of days where it demands I keep entering my password. Then... seemingly satisfied that it has pissed me off to no end the server finally stops nagging me about it and just works.

Has anyone been able to solve this problem? I just got a Lumia 950 which is unable to sync to our exchange server. However, my old Lumia 920 has no problems even after upgrading to Windows 10. So it appears to be a device issue, rather than a windows issue. Thanks.
