Why don't I have an option to enter the settings Windows Phone 10?

Enter the settings are not in wine phone 10

i update my wine phone 8.1 to 10.

first SIM card not recognized. and i hard reset phone.

after hard reset phone Enter the settings are not!!

What should i do?

help please.

this is a known bug in this latest build of win 10TP. only solution is to either rollback to win 8.1 or wait for the next build which will clear these bugs. good day
