My idea: Can be used for split screen multitasking.
1) DRAG AND DROP: Moving any tile towards the left of start screen should open the app in split screen mode. Maximum two apps can be added to this split screen (Top and bottom). The horizontal line between the apps can be moved to decide which app takes more space.
2) SELECT FROM APP LIST: If the app was not pinned to start screen, just swipe right to get left side of start screen. There you can see two boxes (top and bottom separated by a horizontal line) with plus symbol in middle of those boxes. Tapping the plus sign should open the App list and from there you can select your apps for multitasking.
