Can I get some help with a back up problem on my Windows Phone 10?

back up problem on window phone 10

After i updated to wp 10. I cannot back up. I wonder that if i downgrade to 8.1. Is the computer would ask me to back up and can i do that on the computer instead of phone. Because my 1520 cannot back up. Thanks
