Why is my phone slower after installing Windows Phone 10 Tech Preview?

Phone is slower after installing windows phone 10 tech preview.

So, after installing the Win 10 Tech Preview, my phone seems slower than it was on Denim, is it normal or is there something wrong?

It's 100% normal. My phone was the same its just the tech preview.

It's the tech preview its not finished software it's to be expected
