Outlook app broken?

It can't seem to sync outlook no matter what I try. Yahoo syncs fine.

I deleted the outlook account and am not sure how to re-add it,keep getting error.

Any setting where I can manage emails/accounts? Can't find a way to add outlook email again or add other accounts outside of mail app.

I meant Gmail syncs fine. Don't have yahoo.

you can only add accounts from within the outlook mail app now.
