switch from fast to slow on insider

I enrolled in the wp10 preview and accidentally hit fast instead of the slow for receiving updates. I tried to revert back but the windows insider app will not let it happen cause it says an update is in progress. Basically the update for the newest preview is waiting for me to load it but I don't want to since this is my main phone. How can i get the update to clear out and switch back to slow on the insider?

I think now you can't, it will install wp10 in a few says automatically
