Lumia 1020 stuck at idle screen

After booting my Lumia 1020 with Windows 10 TP Fast channel, and then letting it go idle, it's now permanently stuck showing the time and battery status, regardless of what it's actually doing. I can even operate the Lumia Camera app while it's still displaying the time and battery status blinking up and down the screen periodically.
