How can I get my Lumia 820 to detect my sim card?

lumia 820 i got windows 10 fast build , my problem is my 820 doesnt detecting sim card

sir in my lumia 820 i got windows 10 fast build , my problem is my 820 doesnt detecting sim card when i insert sim card it shows "no service" my messages all are gone i cant see my messges i really feel about my messges because they are very imp. and im from india what shoud i do now please help me get me out of this problem

Try contact+sms backup to memory card app from MS. And backup your messages . Then do a hard reset from about->reset device.

in windows 10 for phone contacts+message back up app doesn't work what should I do now please help me anybody please 😓

Yes, a hard reset will erase everything. If you install alpha software onto any device, you're fully expected to have no problem with such a procedure. If you're opposed to that in any way you should never have installed W10M. Finally, if you installed alpha software BEFORE backing up your phone/messages etc, then you shouldn't be surprised to lose everything. Backups should be used BEFORE doing risky things. Afterwards they are of no use.
I know this isn't helping you, but it needs to be said.
