Downgrade from Windows 10 TP on Lumia 1320 (But WPRT says I have Latest)

Hi, I want to downgrade my Lumia 1320 from Windows 10 back to 8.1 so what I did is I downloaded the Windows Phone Recovery tool then plugged in my phone, selected the phone, and after that WPRT says that "You have the latest available software version". What should I do? screenshot below.

Go ahead and click "reinstall software". It will reinstall WP8.1. The technical preview only updates the OS not the firmware. Your firmware remains the same. Hence why the wprt reports the same firmware.

Press 'Reinstall Software.' It'll put you back to 8.1.
