Lumia 820 not for resale (W10)

I updated my Phone to Windows 10 and i get a red boot message not for resale....why? But When i restoredmy Phone to 8.1 this message disappeared. I get this only with windows10. What does It mean? (anyone same problem?

It's not a problem. It's just a message for the splash screen, and it's there because WP10 is not in its final state. They would not want to encourage people to leave WP10 TP on a handset before selling it on eBay, for example - they would want you to restore the official WP8.

That and if you sell it with W10 on it and the person who bought it is not signed up, they will not get TP build updates. This is also a problem because the TP builds expire and stop working after a period of time. This could render the phone useless.

So before you sell your phone (if you do) recover it back to 8.1

When you signed up for Windows 10 Insider you agreed with Microsoft that you were beta testing and personally evaluating a copy of software that they own still... It is not licensed for distribution.
