So how do I restore my lumia 520? Windows 10 preview is to slow

Did you freshly install the recovery tool on your pc? As Microsoft released an update over a week ago to combat users with low end phones such as our Lumia 520s from being bricked.

I downloaded it from website. I decided to reset phone to see if it would speed it up
