Does windows 10 TP shows downloading tasks in action centre ?

When I download anything on my Lumia windows 8.1, it doesn't show in notification bar like android.it is a very basic feature. Please tell Microsoft to provide it.

Unfortunately you have to scroll thru your app list to see the downloading apps because MS wants you do that tedious task. I requested this feature before, should be included in the action centre.

we really need it.every time we should open the store or scroll through the app list to see the status of download...and also it'll be good if we can see the downloads status of files from browsers

Windows 10 has a feedback app. You can use this to ask Microsoft for features.

Windows 10 for desktop has downloads in the notification centre, maybe the phone version will have too.
